4. Transaction charges, if any, levied by the payment gateway or bank shall be borne by the payer unless otherwise specified.
5. A payment receipt generated after successful transaction should be retained for future reference.
6. In case of transaction failure, parents should first verify the status with their bank before attempting another payment.
7. The school reserves the right to modify fee structures, payment procedures, and these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
8. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Moga, Punjab.
